Not 100% sure, but, I THINK its when the crystals turn an amber-ish color
How do you know when its time to start flushing your plants?
Is there some type characteristic I should look for from my plants?

I usually start flushing my plants when I am about one week from the finishing day some people go longer, but I prefer just one week as it seems like I get larger yields, but it's just my opinion, some people like to go longer good luck
Sorry for having no punctuation I'm using my dictation on my new iPad and I'm trying to see how it works it seems pretty good sorry to use this as a test but I hope I answered your question

Is there anyone else that can answer my questions?
i'd look into actually NOT flushing your plants. running a healthy plant all the way through harvest will benefit you more than flushing it toward the end and causing deficiencies. most growers flush cause they overfeed or because of the high salt contents in their nutrients. i would taper off the nutes over the last 2 weeks till you are eventually around half the ppm you were at your peak. proper drying and curing will eliminate any harsh chemical tastes in your buds.
in soil i run a feed, feed, water schedule and in hydro i run nutes for a week and then just water for 1-2 days and then back to nutes. i guess you could call that a mini flush throughout.
ya GTFO unluckyyou and your giant pink font haha.
i would flush when your see your first sign of amber trichs
