It will be fine, the wattage of the bulb doesn't matter you could use a 1000w in the reflector you got
But why are you downgrading? you should be upgrading to a 600w
when i got my setup it come with a 400w ballast or a 250w ballast but in my wiadom all i seen was 400w=more bud fuk yehh more bud
but when it also cmoe with a dr60 well it gets nasty hot in there thats why i need smaller ballast and the wife will not let me get a bigger tent

I would stick with the 400w and get a bigger exhaust fan, like 400cfm minimum. They you will have no problem with heat. You could also get a cool tube to cut down on heat.
But whatever you do don't downgrade your light, light = yield and thats the whole reason we grow in the first place. For quality bud
