Cant believe im asking this but any guides on how to hook up the stuff in a grow tent

I am not being a basher but if you google all those questions just as you are asking them you will get a lot of helpful stuff. Also google the questions than press images and you will also get photos of the exact way to do it. Good luck sounds like your first tent I am excited for you.

yeah lol it is my first tent grow and I think the problem is im so excited about it im rushing to get it started instead of taking my time like I usually do. My problem before was I was googling "how to set up a tent" instead of the individual stuff. Thanks for the reply.

stick fan either inside or out of the tent. run an exhaust i got mine out of man hole into roof try and suck heat from light little intake from the bedroom/room your growing in and use Duct tape 2 seal off ducting s. use a temp gauge measure temps and get the light fairly close if 1000w hang very far away.

How do you hang the carbon filter in the tent? - Mine came wrapped up in a white cloth with 2 white straps holding the cloth on. You cant open up the straps at all as they are sewn closed. I can undo 1 of the bars on the tent and slide it through the 2 straps but I dont think the bars are strong enough tbh. Also do I leave it wrapped in the cloth or do I take the filter out of that?
ok with youre tent when youre finshed building the skeleton and put youre tent over you should have 4 bars. 2 straight and 2 that are straight but at the end should have extra small 3 /4 inch length attached that points a about 30 degree angle or so. ok youre straight one i use for the cf. you should have 4 in all with youre tent. 2 black straps to hold the fan in in-place and 2 to hold youre cf. thast if you run it inside.

Inline fan - I dont see anyway this would be able to be held up at all. Below is a picture of the inline fan and carbon filter I purchased. The fan looks different than the picture though as it came with a leather "sleeve" that fits around the fan.

Ducting - How do you get the ducting to stay connected to everything? (probably the dumbest question with an obvious answer im missing.)
jubilee clips or tape the hydro shop should have giving u with youre fans. if not you can get jubilee clips anywere


I already have the tent itself put up and the light is already hanging in it. Its just down to hooking those 3 things up thats holding me back.

Carbon filter into inline fan which runs into the ballast which has the air exiting the tent

You should run inside your tent carbon filter to cool tube then to fan outside of tent.
