confirmation of sex

Hey everyone I've got two plants I've been growing in a homemade grow box and just moved them to 12 12 about a week ago and I'm pretty sure I've got some pistils on one of them but was hoping for a more experienced growers opinion before i get too exited about it being a girl the other plant doesnt seem to be ready to show sex just yet let me know what you guys think this is the best pic i could get as i only have my cell phone to work with right now thanks for looking 2012-06-13_14-30-09_343.jpg

How long did you veg for bud just out of curiosity?

thanks for the response everyone, and eod i vegged for about a month and a half that plant is a little over a foot tall right now, is there an average time after seing the first pistils till actually seeing buds start forming?
