Default Is it too early to add nutrients to these girls?

Some are doing just fine and others have some signs of deficiency. Yellow spots, wilting leaves. Any advice or suggestions? I'd like to get some nutrients, but I'd like ot make sure they are at a proper age and not too young.

(Blurry pictures below are from my pos phone , but I tried to point out the problem plants.)

    Lights: 3x60 watt efficiency bulbs
Water: spring water (which I'm not sure if THAT is the best idea)
Medium: Miracle Gro Coir - With Basic Nutrients. (N, P2O5, K20)
    Age: 2 weeks

    Thanks!

I add nutes 3 days after germination at a concentration of 275 ppm.

Why do you prefer dist. water. Is price the only reason?

bigv1976, any nutrient suggestions? I don't have a local grow hardware/superstore... just a small nursery business and home depot near by.

b18chbr, I can understand the distilled water preference, just because of the whole distilling process that takes away everythin.

    Thanks again

If you say so. Distilling is just boiling and all it is removing are all the micro elements like copper boron and iron.

So wouldnt distilled water be better because you have a clean slate to start off with if your adding nutes?
