Default Newbie to outdoor autoflower growing! Help!!!

I have a couple small lemon skunk plants that sit out back in the nice florida sun all day, one stopped growin but remains healthy and the other is coming along just fine.
I am wondering right now about how long until i start seeing signs of buds?
I'd say they are both about 6-8 weeks old.
I also need some advice on spider mites and fertilization. I dont want to do it wrong and hurt them.

    Please help!!

    Jeff

I appreciate it, guys. So mid september.
I also noticed that the very very tips of some leaves have turned almost black. just the very last quarter inch tip of the leaves.
It may have something to do with a littlewhile back i sprayed a home made concoction on them to keep the spider mites away and i ended up killing 7 of the plants lol.
So the ones that survived are starting to grow again, one is stunted, dont know why.
    please reply at your convenience.
