400 Watt HPS Light

I ordered a econowing 400Watt HPS system with a sun system 10 ballast... I probably should have asked this before I got it but to late..haha...anyway anybody know anything about the SunSystem 10 ballast? like temp. and how loud it is? and maybe what I should keep it on?
