Wonder Woman (nirvana)x8 Ice x1 , Ak48 x1 Blue Mystic x1 pics. Help. Week 4

Ok so im new.
Temp is pretty stable, under 400 watt hps, have pretty good ventilation, miracle grow soil , not starting feeding regime till a few weeks from now.

My question is, why is my one plant huge and look like its branching out perfectly, where as the rest of them were started the same time and look nothing like it!
Maybe a good pheno but still.. 2 of the plants as you can see look alot more yellow in real life. They dont look like their dieing, but they dont look great and all of the nodes on the bigger ones where branches are coming out of the crevice of fan leaves is happening 40x slower on the rest of the plants. Their just starting to poke out and seem to be going virtually nowhere fast.
Not sure what the Ph is but I have to wait a week for next paycheck to do anything about that. ( I think unless you all have some help ) The 3 smaller plants were also all started on the same day. And im not sure why lil miget looks like death itself but in reality it looks quite healthy, growing a bit slow but im going to leave it.. im interested.

Really looking for some advice other then get a ph tester. Do you think this is Ph lockout maybe? Doubt its heatstress . Theres always blowing air on the lants keeping them cool. I water ever 3 to days as needed when I feel the roots have gotten a chance to get some air. Any Advice or criticisim will be much appreciated.

If you have any other imput aswell such as when they should be switched to 12/12, or maybe when they should be translanted ( waiting on paycheck) The root system is nowhere near crowded in those cups yets.
