questions about grow medium/box size ??????????

Hi I am a new grower and I am growing ak47 fem seeds. In a lowryder deluxe grow cabinet (rel Small in my opinion)with cfl light got about 8 of them going right now,anyhow my ? Is in regards to the tupperware. Grow meduium container or what have you its only about 5 inches or so tall,I'd say about 10 inches wide and 6inches deep so basically 10wx6dx5h and in the lid. I have 3 I believe they r 2inch net pots with rockwool in em,will these pots be big enough throughout the grow. Being that the roots and correct me if I'm wrong are going to grow down and through the net pots/rockwool into the nutrient/water solution container ,will this be sufficient for optimal growth even in such a small grow box if any of you are familiar with the low ryder deluxe grow cabinet?????????

they sound a bit small imo m8.. i think a lot of people like to use around 2 or 3 gallons for auto's for best performance.. the bigger the pots, the bigger the root mass, the bigger the yield will be at the end of the grow...
