I think its harvest time?????problem!!!

Don't forget to flush then you can, you can also cut the individual stems and trim the big leaves back some and hang them upside down. I used twine and a coat hanger on my first grow just make sure you do it in a cool dry area. Give it a few days to a week then you can separate your colas and put those nugs in mason jars with seals and caps. Let them air out every day for at least 5-10 mins for a week. I have smoked from bud dried this long but have been told the longer you let them cure the better the high. Probably best at the 3rd or 4th week of curing. The best advice I can give ya is the advice I was given. Patience gets the best bud! Best luck to ya! how about that spaghetti?

ok so to get it right..sorry guys it is my first harvest?
so i have it in darkness for 72 hours. still in the pot..
then i pull it out start cutting the nugs out with a little bit of stem left on it for moisture and cut off all the leaves.
hang them for about a week in a dark room. then put them in a jar. and give them some air for 5 minutes everyday.??

yup, cut off as much stem/leaf matter as possible. i do the paper bag method though, there plenty of ways to cure.

whats the paper bag method rap it up in paper just like that without cutting out anything?
do i still put it in darkness?

yeah always cure in darkness, it preserves the THC. and the paper bag method is when after drying, you let it sit in a brown paper bag or a light tight wooden box thatll wick out the moisture. after the moisture redistribute from the stem, they bud should be almost dry, just a little bit of leftover moisture. when putting them in the jar, dont pack it tight. also, put a paper towel over the lid of the jar, and put a sock over it to block out the light. if the towel is moist after a few minutes, the humidity is way too high. move them back to the wood box/paper bag if this happens.

the paper bag/wood box is just for faster drying, the moisture wicks out of the bud. when they're in the jar, the chlorophylls slowly degrading as well as the THC, not as much degrading as transforming to CBD/CBN although. this is why the bud comes out "better" or "smoother", some people like well cured bud for all the CBD/CBN. like on a plant, if early harvest, it will be mostly THC, which usually causes a racy high. longer flowered plants will give you more of a couch lock/head high. same thing goes for curing, the longer cured, the more the THC will degrade, thus making the bud more of a couch lock high.

hey you guys so tommorow will be the 72hr mark.
but i did pinch off some nugs to taste the diffrence between waiting the 72hrs then hanging or just chopping them off right away
and i am noticing some grass or hay type of smell is this normal nowhere near close to smelling like weed?

they could be overdried, put them in a brown paper bag or a light tight wooden box so they'll dry evenly. remove as much stem as possible, its just extra moisture.
