Default Help on Newbie Indoor Setup

i have a double flouresnt light fixture setup above my plants about a foot away from them and i also have a 100w light bulb on the side for heat. at the moment i can regulate the heat to about 24c and the humidity to be about 45-60. here is a pic of my plants . what should i do to make them grow better/healthier. they dont look the best to me. should they be closer to the light? should i remove the 100w bulb? advice would be greatly helpful !

I'm sure you need more light and you will definitely need more light and room when they get bigger. Are those clones, I see the edges cut on them?

“President Obama’s first term worked out well for his donors who got special access and taxpayer money for their failed ventures. It hasn’t worked as well for the 23 million Americans struggling for work in the worst economic recovery our country has ever had.

You could move the Fixture/CFLs closer to your plants, as close as you can without burning them. They dramatically lose light the further away they are from the plants. Ditch the 100w bulb and get a more high powered CFL that uses less energy. Throw in a small desk fan to circulate the air as well if you could.

here is the setup i have for a fan and fluro lights. i turned the fan on but i turned it so it isnt directly on the plants as the fan is within 1.5ft from them. im going to make my stand up higher so my plants are closer to the fluros. also here is a closeup of one of my plants. why do some of the leaves look yellow and spotty. im not a genious when it comes to this growing thing but im trying to supply myself for next year !

Temps 65-80 should be good. Hotter temps than that will cause more water uptake, turn down your nutes 1/8-1/4th to be safe. Hydro Water temps 65-70. Anything above 72 will start to significantly drop the Dissolved Oxygen Count leaving room for negative bacteria growth.

so roughly 18-26celsius. i can keep it at about 20-21 easily. its the humitidy i cant keep down without that 100w bulb. i can keep the humidity at about 45-60 with the 100w bulb but without it it goes to about 70-80. i brought my plants closer to the lights and i turned on the fan but not directly onto the plants. i took out the 100w bulb and just got the 2 fluros now. what do you suggest as far as watering and nutes keeping in mind im new to this ! also here is a picture of the setup now that i got er moved around. comments and suggestions would be greatly appriected !
