Am I ready for my first harvest?

Hi again and thank you for this awesome forum for advice and support. I am completed 6 weeks of 12 and 12 after 8 weeks of flowering. The first 2 weeks of flowering had some neglect issues - so therefore I believe that the plants are slightly (15%) smaller than the variety (purp kush - I think due to the insane amount of red hairs by week 4) looks like in other places I have seen. The next generation is 6 weeks old and wants to go to flower - size and vitality are perfect.

This is all indoor, water only. Using Advanced Nutrients......keeping with the charts. added bud blaster in weeks 4 & 5 and used a turbo boost in week 6 - am now on straight water - keeping PH @ 5.6.

I have not seen anything happen in the last 7 days. There is some odd yellowness on a few leaves on 30% of the plants. Many of the leaves seem to have shrunk or at least contracted into sharper edges.....I mention this because of what I have read - saying this is a better indicator than hairs. I do not have a microscope to see the clarity of the tri's but I super zoomed in and I think it can tell someone who is way more knowledgeable than me!

I have kept the place clean, drained the reservoir every 2 weeks. Have a bubble stone in the reservoir, no c02 yet! humidity is 50% lights on, 75% lights off. Temp does not vary by more than 8 degrees..................Roots are white turning more beige everyday. Pics are below. I am grateful for help as to when I should pull the trigger for harvest! The last pic is indicative of what the leaves are doing.

Thanks, I really thought one more week - but I will sit it out and be patient. If there is no more growth.....what am I waiting for in these next few weeks?
