Default Re-pot my Pot or not? 2 weeks into flower

    • I have 4 blue mystic plants, in day 14 of flower. I put them in these pots exactly 4 weeks ago, topped them, then vegged for 2 weeks before flipping. Roots have already started sprouting out of the bottom, and I want to know should I re-pot, or will they be ok for another 6-7 weeks (10-11 weeks in same pot total).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

You're far better at growing Lady J than I, your budds are the best. Not only are you stronger, more intelligent and better looking, you are also a much nicer person, and your penis is twice as big. Now maybe you can offer constructive advice rather then criticise?

Thanks for all your help. I presumed that the roots grew constantly throughout flower, so worried another few weeks would cause root-bound issues.

Like the vertical grow Fonz, not seen or even heard of this done before

mmmmmmmmmm I hear of people re-potting even 5 weeks into flower......... and they have no problems with re-potting........ IMO its not a bad thing at all....... I had to give mine more soil becoz they had become rootbound and had nowhere left to go.... and they are much happier now.......... sooooooooooooo....... different folks different strokes....... but I say.... trust your instincts every time! If you feel you should be re-potting... then RE-Pot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

^MissPhoebe is right but I'll tell you this as well. It won't make a whole heck of a lot of difference compared to if you had re-potted when they were still really young. But while the roots are still active, the more dirt, the more nutrients, the more breathing room, the more BUD!

I did repot young, only 4 weeks ago, 2 weeks veg to adjust to soil and topping then, 2 weeks flower. So only 11 weeks in these pots when I chop em down. Does that sound about right? I can't believe that they could have used up all the soil space in just 4 weeks?

Also who's the super hero guy in the pic? Just reminded me of a child hood cartoon "The Tick"

Also this is the first time that I have topped, used a tent instead of a home made cupboard, and really happy with what i'm seeing. My first 5 harvests varied greatly as I learnt, but does it look like i'm on a better track?

    Thanks

Thanks, but its an awful grow. I had much much much better grows since.
This was a nice one: YAY! ANOTHER GROW! coco\perlite with 400W (from 2 years ago)
I quit documenting my grows for security issues.
I now run a 3-strains SOG under a 600W in a tent with controlled environment (temp, humidity, CO2) and its looking like my best grow so far - just following the basics. (6.5 pots, fill the space, 2 large fans, coco\perlite mix with chem nutes fed by drippers, 3 week veg - what you usually see in books except for the 3 strains thing which I hope to remove from my next grow)
