Few basic tips needed on a first grow

Ok so im growing 3 Autoflowers and a regular plant, currently day 5 looking healthy and well under a 200w CFL, i have a 400w HPS i intend to switch to and have ordered advanced nutrients sensi grow and sensi bloom, Just wondering

• On what day should i transport to bigger pots?
• On which day should I change to a more powerful light?
• and finally at what pointtage should i begin to use the nutrients?

Help appreciated !!

a. get a nice root ball to form where you can take it out of the small pot in basically one piece

b. the 200w will do nicely for a while but you can speed up things if you wait a couple weeks and thro them under the 400w

c. again wait a week or two and start with a light mixture of nutes and gradually move up to full strength after each feeding. but keep an eye out for nute burns or leaves clawing then back off the nutes a little.
