Anytime. Although strong genetics will only hermi near the end. All plants go herm if you leave them too long, it's a natural survival mechanism. You should be good to harvest though, especially since I'm assuming non fem seeds given the original question.
Correct. Where i got the clones from ended up hermi . Kinda scared. There where also a couple other strains in the same room that did also. Replaced a faulty timer. The pic is of leda uno.
