I've got 4 top 44 plants under a 400 watt grolux lamp. They are a fornight old now and about 4 inches high. I have the light on 18/6 at the moment. When do I switch to 12/12?

when they show sex? or, if you're one of those can't wait type people wait till they're 4 weeks old at least.
