    When I transfer, should I take my plants entirely out of thier peat pots and into a new bigger pot. Or should I plant the peat pot and the roots all together into a bigger pot?

    You should put the whole thing in the new pot. Make sure you cut any netting from the peet pot before placing it in the new one.
