smoking is horrible for your plants. it clogs their pores. and the minimum wattage needed for a plant is 2 23w cfl's. I did 2 23w cfls for 2 clones till i put them in flower and they grew great! I also was controlling my temps and humidity and stuff tho too. now i got my 2 girls under a 300w cfl and 125w cfl for flower so 425 watts. theyre doing great

im getting a 6 pack of 23 watt cfls for them to veg, when they flower im gonna pick up some more

just picked up some 23 watt cfls 5000k and 1500 lumens per bulb. replaced the old 13 watts with these new ones. will get more bulbs as they get bigger. hopefully they will start growing a lot better.

Good going, the more light the better... Your seedlings look fine, just need a days or so to lose the nut and spread the leaves, keep em moist and no nutes for first few weeks. After about 3+ weeks you will want to repot into big pot! Make sure you got drainage in your grow puts and happy growing.. You probably need to read this too:
if you have ever grown pot or are going to. THIS IS YOUR BIBLE

yea when i replaced the bulbs i went out there an hour or 2 later and the nut fell off. so the lights were a great save and were only 12$ for a 4 pack
