Hey guys! A quick question, I use a 600 hps in a 3x3 closet. My canopy is very dense, do you guys think I could help my lower buds (by lower I mean about 8-12" down, not the popcorn shit at their toes) if I was to add some cfl's underneath my canopy or will it just confuse the f!@# out of my plants?

It looks like a fuckin' tree!!! I did cfl's on my first two grows(soil, not dwc as I think you have from the picture) and I put some 65w warm spectrum cfl grow lights on the sides where the light didn't get and it did make a difference. they won't look like you're tops, but it will add some buddage. You have to get them EXTREMELY close for it to matter, though. I'm talkin' like a couple of inches. With the size of that fuckin' redwood you got goin" there, it would take probably three or four on each side to really make a difference.
