Default Super Sun System 2 Reflector

Does anybody know if you should leave one side of the reflector open for intake and use a duct on the other side for exhaust? or Should I have ducts on both sides of the reflector, one for intake and one for exhaust?

Currently I'm using a comp fan in the duct, and my cab seems hot. please help

air intake is usually passive so you can leave one end open if you want
