well u see my uncle is getting a medical card which means i can legally grow but with the bud i harvest from my plants could i take like a ounce or however much and sell it to the medical club? for cash

You must be from CA. In OR it is illegal to sell to mm patients even if you are a caregiver.

I've got six days before i can take a toot on my lemon skunk. I've waited 3 months and the time is nearly there. mind you i didn't get much off two plants even i used earoponics and did all the ec and ph checks. how do i get a big harvest

how does your uncles card make it legal for you to grow your plants....plus if you arent the licensed grower the clubs wont deal with you at all.......

Im a caregiver for a MMP and i can grow 12 plants for him and have 2.5 onces of usuable weed in my possition. He is allowed 2 care givers to grow or find-buy weed for him without getting arrested. He is also allowed to grow-buy the same amount for himself. I am not allowed to sell or give to anyone but him or thats breaking the law. I can however be a care giver for up to 5 patients but im only allowed to possess 24 plants total and 5 onces of usuable bud in 1 location and it has to be grown indoors only even if i had 5 patients.
At this time, that 24 plants includes seedlings-clones or 24-10ft trees. 24 is 24 no mater if there all males. The rules need to be worked out but atleast its moving in the right direction.
I am also allowed to charge my patients only the cost of producing the weed, no profet can be made.EX power consumption, equitment. Im not sure about my time. There are many holes in the law that need to be worked out like, can 2 care givers grow seperate gardens in 1 location?
This is in RI and there is no legal co-op or compassion group to buy bud from. We are encouraged to learn to grow to avoid dealing with street thugs. Its a fucked up mess.
