Pot moist for a week?

I transplanted my plants a week ago and water the pots and they haven't dried since in using sunshine mix 4 my temps are 76- 80 and humidity is 55-60. I have 2 plant that are growing fasters than the rest and thier pot are still moist also they have root at the bottom of the pots.
