    Question Question About CFL's!!!!

    Hey, i had a question about the light spectrum for cfls. I know your supposed to use a 6500k soft white bulb. but on some peoples grow setups they used a red spectrum cfl with the soft white ones.

    so what exactly is the benefit of using both those spectrums of cfls?

    I use mixed 2700 & 6500 don't know if it helps .but I read where some people suggested it so I just went mixed . Just couple to mix things up . I guess personal preference

    Red spec is flowering and blue is veg.
