Do I need to transplant into a bigger container. I have 4 babies right now( one is confirmed female for sure!) and I dont want them to get too big. we have them in 2 galon containers right now. Im just not sure. we want to flower when they are a foot and a half tall.is it even necessary to transplant?help me out.

yes I got topping confused with pruning. we just topped them actually.

You don't need to, but increased space for the roots will generally benefit the plant overall.

depends on what need means. you dont want your plant rootbound 3 weeks into flower.

well we went ahead and transplanted them. I deff. think it was a good idea. they looked like they would have been really tight in those small containers.

I agree. they probobly came close to filling that container.

they were already at the bottom. i just hope this container is big enough. We should be able to start flowering in about a week or so, i guess when all of them are showing sex. does that really matter? I hear contradicting statements. some say it will turn hermie if its not showing sex, and some say it doesnt matter. 1 of them is showing sex its a girl! ive never had a female before so this is an accomplishment!

i flowered all my bag seed before it showed, they are all almost done and none of them are hermi.

Thats awesome! well i think we will go ahead and start soon then, b/c they're all getting pretty big.
