Are these clones ready for light soil?

I am new to cloning and I was wondering if these two clones look like they could go into some promix/perlite mix? Maybe a Pro-Mix/Ocean Forest/Perlite mix? Are there enough roots to get them planted o should I let them go longer? A friend just dumped them off on me and I have no clue how to care for them. Should I at least get them out of those cups and paper towel? Is it normal for there to be a good 1/8 inch of water on the bottoms of these cups? Theres a good 6 inch long string root hanging off of the one and about three 6 inch sting roots on the other.

The first photo is the large clone which is a Diesel, 2nd photo is both clones how they currently sit, the 3rd photo is the big Deisel clone, and the 4th photo is the root system of the small S.A.G.E.
What should I do from here? I have lotsa supplies including a propagation dome/tray.

EDIT: Any idea why the top leaves in the third photo are so soggy and curled? Is this normal? Also, I forgot to add that I will be growing in soil.

I've done some super research over the last 25 minutes and I'm going to stick them in some pro mix 4 inch square pots. Hope I'm doing right here.

your good to put them in soil. really the first root you see you can.
Thanks man. I just paid 25 bucks for these so I don't want to lose them. I probably should have done more research before buying them but it was pretty much a last minute yes or no kinda thing.

EDIT: 25$ for the two of them, that is.

dam bro good fuckin deal and yes there are perfectly fine for soil use just make sure to be gentle with the root system they are basically internal organs for a plant after all.

How certain are you that I can put them in FFOF? Not that I don't believe you I just want to be super careful lol I'll go put them into my usual mix right now if you're 110% certain.

Thanks for the kind words but I can't take credit for rooting these things. The fella who did it says he uses nothing but water, plugs and a dome/tray. No gel or powder or anything.

My old boss sold them to me :) Coolest boss I ever had :P

Just use extra pearlite and to loosen the soil so the roots can spread easily. Do not pack your soil let your waterings do that for you

Thanks a million! I appreciate the help! I was hitting refresh over and over for a minute there.

2 parts soil to 1 part perlite sound ok? Just stick em in their pots and water thoroughly afterward or leave it dry? Sorry for the stupid questions.

FFOF is good shit lol literally but needs more pearlite or coir coco I like to mix that in also cause it absorbs nutes and moisture and always seems loose and fluffy. And clones are as old as the mother they came from so once they have a good root system going there just a mini mom that wants nutes
