heating mat and humidity dome. please help

today is day 1 in the seed starter kit and i placed them in and have the heating mat under it on since i started an the humidity dome on as well. so this is my first time and would need to know if the heating mat stays on at all times and if the humidity dome stays on as well ? and how long would it stay in the seed starter kit. i will have my reflector and bulb by tuesday so is it fine to stay in there till then ?
 
i wont have my tent up untill tuesday the latest are the seeds fine staying in the seed starter untill then ? if yes how ? do i remove the humidity dome or leave it on ? i just added the seeds today

they do not need light to germinate. put them in a dark room until they sprout. use the above temp and humidity for germination and veg. leave the dome on until they out grow it.
 
dam i just removed my dome im so confused. i woke up this morning checked on the plugs and no difference on any except on looks like it cracked out the shell which is a good thing but i was told to remove the dome so should i keep it on or take it off ? are u a experience in using seed starter kits. i heard with the dome it could wet the plugs too much and damage the process is that true? so idk and its been almost 24 hrs since i placed the seeds so if they all didnt crack out the shell im still fine right it could take a couple more days right ?

Never use heat mats or domes for seeds or clones. Aero-cloner for clones and seeds into rapid roots to aero-cloner as well. Why bother when you really don't need em.

once they sprout. Take off the dome a couple times a day to get some fresh air in. This will help prevent mold
