so this is my first grow and i plan on documenting the whole thing in this thread. this is about 6 days into it and out popped this funny ass plant. should i keep growing it? will it eventually need support? any suggestions besides a bigger bowl?

ive never grown before but ive read a shit load and it looks like is stretching towards the light. once again im not sure but it dosnt look like its worth saving. just because its so young and already has a long weak stem.

i think u need to put your light closer...and a proper pot soil with holes at the bottom for water to run thru

yeah, i just acquired some new pots with holes so i should be switching to that soon. how much water should i use each time i water it? thanks dudes.

im not sure on an ammount but when your just starting dont over water! keep the soil moist but you should only have to water every 4 days or so. if the soil is dry one day when you ckeck it it could be ok as long as it hasnt been totally dry for longer than a day.

Deffinatly strerching man. Get light closer, but i use 16oz disposable cups for my plants and clones the first two weeks of growth, and then transplant to one gallon pot. But just water when you think the dirt is too dry. The first 2 weeks you should water like once every 3 days, you want the roots to stretch and grow looking for water.

you know what? i think im going to germinate some more seeds and start over. the stem is too long probably cause i deprived it of light in the beginning. im going to get back to you guys in about a week or so. i have new pots and i know what to do now. thanks for the quick responds. meanwhile ill keep the light on this plant and experiment with this plant food my mom has to see what it does. my bad for not reading the stickies.
