Ive had my seeds in water goin on day 3 now and 2 are cracked and i can see the sprout but its not all the way out of the seed yet.......is it ok to plant into soil????

sure is, you can start them in soil to begin with if you want. I have found a real good way to germinate seeds quickly is to put them in a damp paper towel with a little root hormone, stick em in a plastic bag, and if you have a heated water bed putting them underneath the mattress. I have gotten seeds to open up in less than 12 hours with this method. Try it out.
