Yea honestly...unless you're gonna have a big growing operation, just use your credit card. Cops have no reason to go after someone who buys 100 dollars of seeds, and if they REALLY wanted to, they'd have the resources to not be fooled by your prepaid card, in my opinion. If you're really paranoid, use a money order or whatever. You do need to register pre-paid cards online to purchase things online, so that totally defeats the purpose. The obvious response is "well use a fake name and address"...but guess what? The name and address you register for the card must match the info for the seeds.

My friend just ordered and received seeds with a CC, and many many others do it every year without getting arrested, so I say just go for it...
