youd spend less if you bought cfl's from walmart or somewhere.. there cheap as hell and work exceptionally for the veggy state...

i got these 4 for about ten bucks it came to thirteen with the two v connectors..23 watts..1 of these will work for 1 plant for like 3 weeks afterthat youll need more cuz itll be bigger and mor light will be neccessary..look for either GE or SoftWhite Compact Florescent Lights..they got them all over walmart..

what if i bought like a 50 watt shop lamp , do you think that would do for 6 weeks of veg ?

One of the things you want to pay attention to is the trics. Are they standing ? are they clear? Or are they a little cloudy? They shoudn't get dark if they do you flowered too long and quality will start to go down.

when you mean trichs you are talking about the white ahirs or the crystals , the white hairs are turning redish brown , but the crystals under a microscope are standing up staright with a little bulb at the end , and are cloudy ? i have been saying that my plant looks ready alot of the leaves are turning yellow and falling off , red hairs visible everywhere , crystals are thick and standing up everywhere , im stumped not sure if i should pull now or wait .

1 plant 6 weeks of veg..yeah i think youll be fine with that..but remember the more lights the better..which will turn your grow room into in oven which fans will fix

if over 75%of the hairs on your plant are a redish/amberish color pull..if not then wait like another week and a half
