Nute question..

Quick question , I have a lowryder 2 grow on the go, 7 plants under a 250 hps at the moment 3 days since germination, when do i start giving the nutes to them, take into account the soil quality aint great although I am using a 30 percent perlite mix, just don't want to over or under do it, their coming on well at the min...

wait 4 weeks(1 month)...and give it 1/4 doses....

yup.. LRs dont like alot of nutes...
I wait until the 5th or 6th set of leaves start showing, then introduce lowered dosages of nutes..Being as they pretty much go from seedling to flower, and kinda skip the veg stages, i use bloom nutes from around day 14...Males usually will show their sex on day 17, females around day 21..so the bloom nutes will be readily available as soon as they start flowering..
I use a 1/6th diluted solution of biobizz grow, a 1/4 bio bloom in 1L of mineral water..
I usually keep the bio grow nutes going til 40-45 days, then omit it from the mix and raise the % of bloom to 1/3 or 1/2 for the last coupla wks..flush with mineral water for final wk.
Heres a coupla pics of one of my LR2s 10days ago, still got another 14ish days to go(til 60 days) prolly gonna leave harvest to 65days..they fattened up alot since these pics, theres a rough Oz on there now

yup

.. i'm lookin fwd to tasting the end results from this batch..
Theres alot of trichs on em now, and theres even more hairs etc, they just seem to be getting fatter and hairier.. I'm stoked.
Oopsa forgot to mention in the other post that also add 1 teaspoon of molasses to the nutes mix.

Wow, Frosty nice plant! Just picked up some Low Ryder seeds myself. I hope mine turns out as pretty as yours.
