Default Light question

I planted 5 seeds about 7 days ago. 2 rotted out. The other 3 are growing but very slow. I diagnosed it as a PH problem. Turns out the PH was up around 8. I fixed that and now they are growing great, only a little behind schedule. My question is, at what point do I start my seedlings on 18/6? They are on 24/0 right now. This is my first grow by the way........White Widow!

You can switch whenever you want,I switch when I have a pretty good root ball about 2-3 nodes
