ok so i came home from work a few days ago and i noticed theat there was some kind of orangish yellowish mold starting to develope on the soil and i didn't pay to much attention to this but now its been a few days and it is definetly spreading. my plants are only 10 days old and i put a fan in my grow room after i saw the mold i probably should've had one in there since the beginning but its to late now so if anyone knows a way to get rid of the mold and prevent it from coming back it would be greatly appreciated.

If its mold....scrape off the top layer...not alot of soil but the top layer with the mold....add some new soil on top....just to replace what you scraped off....and water less.
