crazymental check out my scrog. the screen isnt there to hold up the plants. its there so the plants will grow horizontally into the screen like ivy. and once flowering time comes, every budsite is on the same plane. so you can keep your lights really close, you dont have to deal with the small shitty buds at the bottom. for indica varieties you place the screen 8-10 inches above medium. hybrids 12-14 and sativas 18-20. i htink hes got it right. and yeah i would have topped b4 the screen but its not necessary, all the branches get so much light in a scrog they pop up above the screen and then you train them back down through the holes. constantly weaving.

One plant is about 13" and the other is about 10"-11" . I topped them both last week. Maybe a bit too late but oh well.They were in their 5th-6th node..I think it will be fine. I have 4 ft of horizontal screen. Im gonna veg for a while to fill it up about 60% or so then hope for as many buds sites as possible.

lol all im doing now is sitting and watching this thing flourish. ive already done all the machine work lol. tonight i changed the res. 4/8th bloom, 3/8th grow, and 1/8th liquid karma. mixed up 40 gallons. but your right i am a scrog maniac. wait till you see what i have planned for next grow.
