Organic growing when to add nutes?

so i have been reading and it seems a lot of organic growers like to feed their plants with molasses..... how long should i wait to feed my plant this it is 3 weeks along already any feed back would be awesome thanks =)

oh and also i have a new seedling that is about to sprout i can see some little white thing poking out of the soil should i wait to put it under a light or should i get her in there now?

yeah don't feed it molasses till you flower and I think you supposed to wait a couple weeks into flower but i could be wrong on the exact time....but i positve wait till you flower

You can use molasses any time... but don't expect benefit until flowering.

Also, add nutes about 2 weeks later than you think you need to add them :p. Better to go without than with too much.

when growing organic, i would try to find as many earth worms as possible. I made my own organic soil use'ing crushed up leave's and threw them in a black bag for a couple month's. I would check into earth worm case's at your local plant store i know my local store carry's them, But its the best food for your plant and you don't have to worry about over feeding when use'ing earthworm case'ings. I would'nt use molasses until flowering.

Put your seedling under the light man, I put mine under light as soon as they go into the soil considering that's what they want.
