I'll start simply by saying, "thanks for this web site. Hours of enjoyable reading at the end of a long day.
Question: How long to veg an Indica strain (not sure, kind of like diesel/white widow in looks?
Root: I've posted in another thread with pictures, I'll re post the pictures here again. Anyhoot, I got some seeds from a friend from that type of strain...either way, I'm sure it's an Indica pre dominant. So, grew a batch, came out nice...almost done flowering to be exact. I set to flower at about 18 inches, +-. I took one plant and let her go and she's a fine little mother indeed.
So, I'm a newbie with clones. Out of 21, now have 12 very healthy babies. They are 4 weeks old, just done now with first week of real growth. And I do mean real growth.
I've grown many many many sativa's and am real interested in this Indica strain (or others)...just indica. I love how they grow. The plants from seed, flowered at 18 inches are finishing up at just under 3 feet tall.
Question: How high do I let em' get (clones) before I send to flower? I only/always do 12ish plants anyway.
Info: Full line of Fox Farms...been using them for about 2 years...exactly per their growth chart. I'm used to it and like it. I also use mole-asses here and there per this and other sites and I use hydrogen peroxide here and there...same. Clones get misted with ph/no chlorine water (tap that I let bubble for a day or so prior) and Seaweed only...from the hydroponics store again, dosages per these and other web sites.
Good dirt...we'll leave it at that, 3 gal pots, 400w halide veg, flower room has 400w sodium. Space and ceiling heights and temps/air fresh air entry and circulation not a problem. I have a final small flower room for just the final two weeks of flower. The final room is strictly controlled with temp...low 70's, air circulation, one 150w sodium or, this next batch, I'll have the sodium and maybe a 250w halide..not sure about this yet but i have time to worry about that. The ladies in there now..12 are happy and getting fat and crystalie.. Final flower room can fit 12 plants, about 8ft high, so, more than adequate for space, etc etc and...It's just a cool little room and set up and...I'm real close to my little girls.
So, sorry for all the extra info...you guys like that though. I'll attach pics of what these are from. I know the strain would help but figured you guys would come up with something. I like everyone would like max yield without having monsters.
