Question A question about acid
The acidity of my soil is around 5 and im wondering what i can do to bring it up to around 7 before i plant the sprouts.

To lower ph: acetic and citric acid will facilitate the "kreb" cycle.

To raise ph: add small amounts of sodium bicarbonate or lime.

so would mixin lime juice with the soil suffice to raise the ph?

also, if you buy water, don't assume it's ph is good. i got some store bought water (local generic) and it's ph was around 7.2, a little high for me.
