how often should i run my fan and what are some ways i can make my plant short and bushy

i would run the fan all day and give her a break at night while she is small but you can go 24/7. keep your lights close and when your plant grows a bit you can top and train into a bush.

keep regular air flow going, whatever that means for your set up to keep clean air of a good temperature. i wouldn't worry too much about training week old plants, you could easily break them. if you really want to you can use hooks, but i'd let em veg up a bit

it all depends on how quick they grow, and what methods you want to use. there are several methods with corresponding threads on this site

i never said train a 1 week old plant.
