Amount of floods using Ebb & Flood hydroponics

Hello guy's,

I am going to be growing my plants using hydropnics for the first time and dont really know when and how often i need to flood them... Can anybody help. I will be using clay pebbles as my media.

once per day as seedlings

then slowly increase as needed upto 5 per day once they well into flowering

i water 4 times while lights on and once in middle of darkness
