    you may not need 5 gallon if you are only going a foot in veg you mite only need 3-4 gallon pots if you wont to go with 5 i would up your room to a 4'-4' then it all depends on your veg you might wont to go bigger then.

    i bud 3 at a time and use 7 gallon smart pots but i veg 2-4 feet tall and i use 6'-6' area and that is tight it all depens on what you wont and your light i bud with 2 1000w hps fore 3 plant.
