Best/Favorite Light Cycle?

Hey everyone here in RIU. I was wondering what is the best light cycle for a random bagseed im growing in my custom pc grow box. I got this seed from some Cali outdoor so I know it will be somewhat good. Using filtered water only with miracle grow and vermiculite mix. My box has 1 100w 6500k cfl, 1 60w 6500k cfl and 1 60w 2700k cfl for lighting. Tempature always around 80 degrees Farenhiet, Humidity idk yet, gonna buy a gauge soon, I do keep a cup of water in my box to keep humidity up. I have had it in the grow box for 4 days and its already 2 1/2 inches tall. its only took 2 days to germinate and 1 day to sprout after planting. I don't want the plant getting too much more then 1 foot tall after flowering. I have the light cycle on 24/0 since i planted it. For my setup in my small pc grow box I was wondering, to keep it small should I leave it under 18/6? or 20/4? Or is that just for autoflowering? Someone please drop some knowledge on me because I am a first time grower in need of some guidence. Thank You RIU, Good Luck And Happy Growing!

To me, its 20/4, works great..someone even one time posted some experiment that were made to see what schedule is the best and it concluded that 20-4 is the best and i have to agree, faster grow rates, but all in important, that plant gets some dark as well, reverse osmosis and so one...

iv seen very good results with the normal 18/6
