Default floro... how close is too close

how close is to close to be putting my 60 watt floro light to my plant that is about 2 inches out of the ground...it is only 2 1/2 days old, and GOOD advice would be appreciated

About six inches... just as long as they are not burning the leaves. Floros aren't as hot as HID's so they can be much closer. HID's need to be about 24inches from the plants.
