My ebb and flow setup.

I was using bubbleponics up until today. I transplanted the clones I got from soil after time and time again little dirt pieces kept clogging the splitter. I have the watering set to water every hour and a half for a 1 half hour. The tray fills up in about 10 minutes. The PH is 5.5 and i'm using no nutrients, humidity is at 50%. Right now the light is going to be on 24 hours until I buy another timer. Plants seem to be doing OK. Also, the water has turned kind of murky since I didn't really rinse all of the rocks.

Any advice on how often I should water my plants?
