Default Whats wrong with my grow?? (PIX)

hey everyone, i noticed that the bottom small round leaf on each plant is turning yellow, but the other ones are just fine. what is this caused by?
im feeding the plants 17-17-17 plant food. 2 500watt MH lamps fan cooled. and temp is at 75-83 depending on room.






The white stuff is from water and light shining off of it.. (well atleast most of it) it was starting to get little yellow spots outside when i grew outdoor, i put indoor and it seems to stop.

Thanks for the quick reply!, also there is little tiny spiders running around making webs?!?!? should i keep em? or should i spray some water all over the place?

the web spinners are different though - those may be spider mites! kill'em quick!

Neem oil is gr8 for veg and controling pest, some even put it IN the plant, but i dont trust that.....

neem oil? im going to run to the home depot is neem oil sold there? or maybe an alternative?

im going to seperate all the plants as well as soon as i buy that anti pest juice !
