Oh NO! another Newb looking for validation of his setup

I'm using an antique chest turned sideways.

Chest 1'6'' x 1'4'' x 2'8'' tall

In this space I have 4 lights
2 CFL 100 watt equivalent day light bulbs 1,750 lumen each
2 CFL 150 watt equivalent soft white bulbs 2,600 lumen each

Iv skimped on the lining I stapled white printer papers to the walls.

I'm using fox-farm ocean forest soil due to my limited space I will be vegging for a short time so I'm going to skip adding the plant food in that phase

once I start flowering I have "African Violet plus" to add 8-14-9

I just started the germination process my seeds are barney's farm Blue cheese feminized.

Any questions or commits or validation would be much appreciated

for one plant maybe two.
