Hey I was curious about something. About how much does one flowering plant smell? Is one plant's smell containable in like a stealth grow in a box. If there are any cheap tricks to maybe filter out the smell let me know. I dont even know where I can find a carbon filter in the u.s. and i have limited room.

More or less it will smell like any plant due to the chlorophil, but with a slight bit of marijuana thrown in. Honestly, I wouldn't worry about one small plant smelling much at all. If it does however, get one of those Glade outlets and plug it right in next to the box. Should kill the smell entirely if the plant is small.

Now Skunk on the other hand...

Try taping dryer sheets over your exhaust fan. When I smoke inside places where I don't want it to smell like weed (like a car) I bring along an empty (and cleaned out) Pepsi can that is filled with dryer sheets and has holes in the bottom that I exhale through and when the smoke comes out the other side it doesn't smell like weed. Dryer sheets over a fan should work in the same kind of way.

I'm thinking the smell greatly depends on the strain, I have a few plants flowering from bagseed, I don't know the strain, however I believe I'm growing more than one, two of my girls are 36 days into flowering and they look like they should be smelling but they don't unless I disturb them, I also have one that I'm certain that is a different strain and she is stinking up the place, that's just one plant, so yeah depending on the strain....

depends on the strain, but 1 plant, not really to much to worry about.

I have one plant that is putting off enough smell for like ten smelly plants, yes depends on the strain but if that strain wants to smell then it's going to smell.

One plant does not mean you're not going to have to worry because one plant can and will put off plenty of smell.. take the skunk weed for example one of them plants is sure to stink you out.

All plants put of a certain amount of smell whether it be a house plant or not, if you are lucky the strain that you are growing will not be that bad...
