telling when a male plant is done?

I've read a lot about telling how to tell when females are ready to be cut down but I'd like to know how to tell when a male should be picked.

Any tips on determining when to pluck a male a pant?

depends if your using the pollen or not. If your going to use the pollen just collect the pollen from the sacs as they start to open. If you dont want pollen pull that sucker as soon as you know its a male.

if you dont know wut to do wit a male dont even get into pollinating till you got more grows under your belt... just kill him as soon as you see balls

I didn't ask that question right. My males are no where near my females and I've already collected pollen from them. So I guess my question should have been - Do male plants serve any purpose after they've had pollen collected from them?

Not really. I suppose you could let them grow to throw in your shake bag and make bubble hash or similar. I wouldnt waste my time or resources though. If you need more pollen, then by all means, let them continue to grow.
