    Default High pressure sodium(need help)

    I just bought a 150 watt hps light and was wondering if i could wire it into a plug or would i have to go to a box?
    also there's no chance of tripping a breaker is there? its a 120v light...any help is greatly appreciated

    You can wire a 150W fixture into a three-prong plug. Look at home improvment stores as they sell replacement cords for power tools.
