you could use the gallon, but be preparred to water like every 2-3 days when flowering.
just a quick question...how tall will my plants get if i put them in 1 gallon pots
what about just 2 litre pop bottles with black tape around them?
i want them to be about 1.5 ft at their tallest, will they fit in either of these?
before you knock it, try it first.
you will see it is a blessing and its not a curse.

yeah 1.5 feet sounds fine for a gallon
Please do not use a pop bottle. I just transplanted mine into one. Not the brightest idea. The roots already hit the wall and started going down 3/4 of the way. It's only been a week.
Learning from eachother's mistakes is one of the best ways to learn. i have two clones in cut off bottoms of 2 liter bottles (ran out of pots for them) they wont be there long. but it was the easier thing to find to poke easy draining holes. i also would not reccomend using this from start to finish .. not saying you cant
The only good thing is you watch the soil and roots, get a good feel for how long it takes the soil to dry while watching. But I imagine it will be a little more difficult to transplant.
normally but all ill have to do is plant my fingers and turn it over, then flip it back into its new home
can i keep it in the one galon pot from the very start? or will it not work.

start with something small and move into the one gallon. start with a cup then make the move after 1 1/2-2 weeks
