I think you need to seperate them, one plant per pot!

One plant per pot! Yes! They look to be about 5-8 days old. If what I'm seeing is correct, your using foil for your reflection. Mistake! Foil works worse then white paper, and if you have the money for it, invest in a roll of mylar!
